Tuition

Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month for the number of classes held per month. Classes meet between 3-5 times per month, depending on the day of the week (due to holidays and planned closures).

For example, a 50 minute class that meets 3 times in October will be charged $63 on October 1st ($21×3), and is due by October 15th.

  • Payment Due Dates: First month’s tuition must be paid upon enrollment to secure the spot in class. Subsequent months are charged on the 1st of each month and must be paid by the 15th. If tuition payment is not received by the 15th, a $20 late fee will be charged.

  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable $40 registration fee is charged per family when enrolling in a main school year season. No registration fee is charged for the summer season.

  • Prorating: Dancers who enroll mid-month will be charged prorated tuition for the remaining classes in the month. Beginning on the 1st of the following month, standard tuition will be charged for the remainder of the season.

  • Upon Registration: Families are charged the registration fee and the first month’s tuition (either the full month’s value or prorated if registering mid-month).

  • Accepted Payment Types:

    • Credit card (3% surcharge applied to credit card payments)

    • ACH (no surcharge)

  • Discounts:

    • Each class after the first receives a 10% discount (the highest value class will be charged at full price).

    • Each additional family member enrolled in a class receives a $10 off discount to monthly tuition.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: We ask that dancers commit to the full year of classes to get the most out of the program.

    • If a student must withdraw before the end of the season, please inform us at least 30 days prior to avoid being charged tuition.

    • Class tuition is non-refundable, except in the case that a class is cancelled by Pacific Dance Center or if a student needs to withdraw for medical or other emergency reasons. Tuition for missed classes is not refundable.
