Creative Levels (ages 3-5)

Dancers in the Creative level class may wear any non-restrictive dance or athletic clothing. Long hair should be secured away from the face, and any large or distracting jewelry should be removed before class.

If taking a trial class, dancing in bare feet will work fine if your dancer does not already have ballet or tap shoes. After enrolling, please ensure that your dancer has both shoes for class. Please note that dancing in tights or socks without shoes is often too slippery to move in safely.

Intro Levels (ages 4.5-7)

Female Identifying: Dancers should wear footed tights (either ballet pink or in the dancer’s skin tone), a leotard (any color), and ballet shoes in ballet pink or in the dancer’s skin tone. Short hair should be pinned or clipped securely away from the face. Long hair should be secured in a bun if compatible with the dancer’s hair type. Otherwise, choose an alternate method that keeps hair securely away from the face, such as a braided or twisted hairstyle or french twist. Please remove any large or distracting jewelry before class.

Male Identifying: Dancers should wear black footless tights or black leggings (with briefs), a t-shirt (solid black or white), and white ankle socks with black or white ballet shoes.
